OH, OH, OASIS!

I just wanted to let you know I have just returned from a wonderful cruise on Royal Caribbean’s new Oasis of the Seas.

Magnificent ship, we loved every moment on board. The ship had 6,200 passengers and yet we never queued for anything. There were hundreds of sunbeds free everyday and the food was first class.

We ate at 150 Central Park and that was a fabulous experience. There are many plus points with this ship, one in particular is being able to book in advance for all the shows (prior to embarkation) and the fact there is so much to do and see.

Your recent article (Issue 47) indicated there was a surcharge for room service when, in fact, the only time you pay a surcharge is between midnight and 5.30am. We had breakfast in our stateroom nearly every day and didn’t pay any surcharges.

The real beauty of the ship, though, is there are SO many places to go. So, if you like noise, there’s plenty of that, and, if you like quiet, there’s plenty of that, too. Can’t wait to go again!
