Crystal’s efforts to preserve endangered marine environments

Crystal Cruises have announced that they will only serve seafood that is raised in a sustainable way, to protect many endangered marine environments.

Crystal is known for the dining experience provided by the award winning cruise ships in onboard restaurants such as The Sushi Bar and Silk Road.

Fresh fish and lobster have been served on Crystals ships since 1990, and it seems the Cruiseline have always had the protection of marine environments in mind. Crystal was the first cruise company to start using farmed caviar from France and the United States after it was announced that caviar from the Caspian Sea was becoming endangered.

Crystal Cruises aims to provide guests with cuisine of the highest quality whilst preserving many species of marine life for many more generations.
