Crystal Cruises has secured star guest chefs and wine experts for its October Wine & Food Festival cruises in the Mediterranean and New England.

Henri Brosi, executive chef of The Dorchester Hotel, will showcase the techniques that have earned him worldwide acclaim during a 10-night Canada & New England cruise on 19 October from Montreal to New York on Crystal Symphony. Joining him will be wine ‘wizard’ Keith Goldston, one of the world’s youngest Master Sommeliers.

Michelle Bernstein, former James Beard nominee and famed chef/owner of Michy’s in Miami, and wine expert/author Lettie Teague of Food & Wine Magazine will dazzle Crystal Serenity guests with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and wine appreciation on a 12-night voyage from Rome to Barcelona departing 18 October.
