Croisieurope announces four new ships for the 2016/2017 season

CroisiEurope, Europe’s largest river cruise operator, is to expand its fleet with the addition of four new vessels for the 2016/2017 season.

MS Princesse Elbe will be an innovative paddle steamer accommodating up to 80 passengers across 40 cabins on two levels. She will sail on the Elbe and the Moldau between Berlin and Prague and back from spring 2016.

The ship will span 95 metres in length and 10.5 metres in width. It will feature two paddle wheel s at the aft which will allow it to navigate year round in the lowest waters of the Elbe – something that vessels with regular propulsion are unable to do.

RV Princesse Apsara will be a colonial-style boat and will accommodate 60 passengers in 30 cabins. The ship will sail from Angkor to Ho-Chi-Minh between Siem Reap and Ho-Chi-Minh and back.

MS Daniele will be a contemporary and stylish hotel barge and will accommodate just 24 passengers in 12 cabins. The vessel will travel on the Briare Canal, between Burgundy and the Loire Valley.

MS Deborah will also be a contemporary and stylish hotel barge and will also accommodate just 24 passengers in 12 cabins. The vessel will sail along the Garonne Canal.

CroisiEurope currently operates 43 ships that it owns, as well as five ships that it charters.
