Generous discounts on river cruises with Scenic and Emerald Waterways

River cruise operators Scenic and Emerald Waterways are offering savings of up to £1,500 per couple on two of their itineraries.

Scenic is offering a saving of up to £1,500 per couple on a 10-night Gems Of The Seine river cruise departing on 25 July 2016 from Paris. The price was from £4,445 per person but is now from £3,695 per person, including return flights, when booked before 31 July 2015.

Guests will sail on one of the newest additions to the fleet of luxury ‘Scenic Space-Ships’, Scenic Gem, which boasts a Riverview Terrace, perfect for taking in the picturesque views, as well as excellent dining facilities on-board including the exquisite L’Amore Restaurant. The diverse itinerary will depart from Paris and will include calls into Les Andelys, Rouen, Honfleur, Caudebec-en-Caux, Vernon, and Conflans, before returning to Paris for an overnight stop.

As part of the price Scenic includes return flights from a choice of 15 UK airports; an on-board butler service for every guest, irrespective of cabin grade; unlimited on-board complimentary drinks; and complimentary bicycles to explore the destinations.

Emerald Waterways has also discounted a river cruise itinerary offering guaranteed saving of £1,000 per couple on their seven-night Jewels of the Rhine river cruise itinerary, departing on selected dates between April and September 2016. The price was from £2,195 per person but is now from £1,695 per person, including return flights, when booked before 31 August 2015.

Guests will sail aboard Emerald Sky, one of the finest ships on the Rhine. After spending a night in Amsterdam the vessel sails onto Cologne, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Mannheim and Black Forest, before calling into Basel where passengers will depart from Zurich.

As part of the price Emerald Waterways includes return flights; six shore excursions, either on foot or by coach, including visits to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites; a cooking demonstration and tasting session in the Black Forest; complimentary tea and coffee as well as complimentary bottled water in the cabin; complimentary WiFi; and all tips, worth up to £235 per couple.
