Meet World of Cruising’s Editor at the Planet Cruise Holiday Show

World of Cruising editor John Honeywell is planning a day out at Southampton’s Ageas Bowl on June 28 – not to watch the cricket, but to take part in the Planet Cruise Holiday Show.

He brings his expertise and knowledge to three “expert” panels advising on Cruising for Newcomers, Where to Cruise, and Premium and Luxury Cruising – I’d better start doing my homework.

The forums will be hosted by travel broadcaster Jonathan Beaumont, and the day’s events in the theatre also include presentations from Oceania Cruises, Hurtigruten, Celebrity Cruises, an introduction to river cruising, and a question and answer session with Planet Cruise TV presenters Keith Maynard and Shaun Ryan.

The show has attracted more than 30 ocean and river cruise operators, who will be attracting customers with low deposits, free upgrades, free drinks packages and more. There will also be a draw to win a free cruise.

Admission to the show, open from 9.30 am until 4.00 pm, is free – and there’s a complimentary glass of wine for every visitor.

No wine for the editor though, he has to keep a clear head to answer all your questions.
