A further overnight hotel stay. The Christopher Columbus Statue marks the entrance to the port and the start of Las Ramblas pedestrian area – lined with shops, bars and restaurants where street entertainers keep you entertained. Perhaps visit the famous Sagrada Familia Cathedral which was started in 1882 and is still not complete. Universal’s Port Aventura theme Park is situated close by, there is also the Picasso Museum, Gaudi Architecture and the Barcelona FC museum.

Make your own way to the nearby port to embark the ship.
Day 4
Marseille, France
The oldest city and France filled with elegant shops , bars and restaurants. Visit the Church of Notre Dame with its statue of the Virgin Mary or further afield Avignon and Provence.
Day 5
Cannes, France
Hang out with the rich and famous amid palm tree lined boulevards filled with supercars - in this the home of the Cannes Film Festival. Admire the mega yachts in the marina, have a flutter in a casino or shop in stylish boutiques. Perhaps jump on the train and head to nearby Monte Carlo for the day- with longer days in port you will have plenty of time and get back in time for dinner before ship sets sail at 9pm from Cannes.

At sea
Relax and make the most of the myriad of facilities available on board the ship, from fantastic entertainment to delicious and diverse dining options.
Day 7
Majorca, Spain
Perfect for a beach stop, a wander around Palma the capital, a visit to the mountains and the monastery of Valldemossa – one time home of Chopin.

Ibiza, Spain
Overnight in port - the ship arrives at 7pm and departs at 5pm the following day. Ibiza is one of the Balearic islands in the Mediterranean Sea. It's well-known for the lively nightlife scene in Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni, where major European nightclubs have summer outposts. It’s also home to quiet villages, yoga retreats and beaches, from Playa d'en Bossa, lined with hotels, bars and shops, to quieter sandy coves backed by pine-clad hills found all around the coastline.

The ship arrives into port at 6.30am and you can opt to check out an leave the ship until about 12noon. Disembark the ship and fly home from Barcelona airport.
