Balcony room we entered was extremely tight for 3 ladies sharing. We managed to pay for upgrade to an owners suite which was amazing! (Was special birthday so splashed out plus possibly of confinement to cabin/ship due to covid gave us reassurance we would cope in a bigger room). Biggest room we’ve ever had (Wld never afford such size on a newer ship), it made our cruise more memorable & enjoyable (apart from prepandemic covid status & ship basically went back to sit in port at Dubai where we made the most of the glorious sunshine). With our suite card we used free suite Lounge & it’s nice outdoor area (tho we are diamond members &could have used that lounge anyway). I was pleasantly surprised how nice the ship looked considering its age (& we sailed her 10ys previously). Much smaller than newer ships but staff, dining and atmosphere onboard excellent. Size was good for my mum as didn’t have to walk as far to places & less getting lost lol
