This was our first cruise since the pandemic and I tested positive for Covid a couple of days after coming home, having escaped the virus until then. We enjoyed the cruise very much, even though the weather completely ruined our chances of visiting every port we hadn't visited before.
The ship was well-maintained and were very impressed by the quality of the food. Would definitely consider sailing with Ambassador again, after all, it's not their fault that the weather was so bad.
Favourite moment was on our first night. After the meal on a long, rather than a more usual round table, one of our table mates said "we usually prefer a round table, but didn't mind a straight table". As a same sex couple, we thought this comment was hilarious!
