Problems on embarkation, they had no knowledge of me, a big mistake from Administration at Riviera. Spoke eventually to the Riviera Cruise Manager who sorted it all out. No further problems.

The ship was old , tired and heading for scrapping at the end of the season, lots of things didn’t work from screens to the speakers in the lounge , cabins were basic, cramped . The cruise itself was ...
