The ship was old , tired and heading for scrapping at the end of the season, lots of things didn’t work from screens to the speakers in the lounge , cabins were basic, cramped . The cruise itself was excellent , a real expedition and we were looked after by Albatross and the team at every step. There were lots of issues with communication pre the cruise that were addressed by Riviera post the cruise . I understand that the ship for next season is brand new which will only improve the experience

Problems on embarkation, they had no knowledge of me, a big mistake from Administration at Riviera. Spoke eventually to the Riviera Cruise Manager who sorted it all out. No further problems.
