Boarded on a really rainy day in Belfast,staff were very organised,for covid testing in port,in all we tested and got all clear,got sorted out embarking on about an hour,staff were very welcoming as soon as we set foot on board,directed us to buffet and resturants,we had opted for inside deck 6,but we had a phone call few months before,upgrading us to deck 3 window cabin,when we saw this cabin we were delighted,beside lifts to resturants,near outside doors onto promenade deck,and as we were on Norweigan fjords cruise,saw all the beautiful sights from our window,and were able to go out and take photos and videos.Julie our housekeeping kept room beautiful,everyone of the staff on every part of the ship,were polite helpful,and cheery,everywhere was soo clean,and the cruise was made special because of all these wonderful people,loved every minute of our cruise,with Fred Olsen,thank you all
