NCL used to be fabulous so pretty disappointing. Chaotic embarkation at Southampton. I was given a tine slot of 9.930 but didn't embark until nearly midday and the terminal doesn't even open until 1030 so a load of us were waiting outside in grim weather for over an hour. Be warned - in Spanish waters - an extra tax is levied even if you are all inclusive. Food pretty good although main dining menu was very repetitive. Some staff seemed very disillusioned and a bit worn out. No explanation as to why we didn't go to Oporto. We missed out on Le Havre owing to industrial action in France so two days in Zebrugge which is really two days too many!
