Took our Mum in 2015 on the new Britannia, very impressed with the ship as a whole, very very busy though with amount of people on board, alot moaning about lifts being busy (a bit like Vegas!!) but didn't bother us at all, had a really nice 2 weeks, great food, nice room although a tad small for 3 adults!
