MSC Seaview, South America

Food is cold, repeatative, low stock on simple things eg teabags.
Shore excursions cancelled or not as advertised.
3 missed ports.
Port schedules changed with no notice. ( malaga arrived late afternoon until midnight) this was supposed to be an 1pm until 9 pm , so had to cancel family coming to meet us, they had to drive from Gibraltar. No explanation given for ports missed etc.
Italians shouting, and clapping banging plates until a member of the crew came and spoke. We were offered $100 per cabin OBC , still the shouting etc continue so MSC offered 25% discount a following cruise, or $100 cash which when converted works out approx £81.00
I have crossed MSC before and found it acceptable, but this was a cruise from rio de janeiro to Barcelona 16 days at sea, sadly its been a night mare and never again
