Sky Princess, Mediterranean
5
Overall had a fantastic time on the Sky Princess last summer visiting ports in western med. My 10-year-old daughter really enjoyed it and loved signing herself in and out of her kids club on Sea days. I have introduced my friend to cruising on this ship and she’s booked for another one this year.
The ship is still looking very new. And the food is of great quality in the main dining room. The buffet is good too, but I did have to complain a little for the lack of vegetarian options. Looks like they took it on ‘board’ as we noted a few more dishes in the buffet during the course of the cruise.
The balcony is a little small and so is the bathroom. Shame they still have shower curtain and not a door. Also a little disappointed that they don’t offer complimentary, sauna or steam room in women’s changing room like they do in some of the older ships.
However, we enjoyed it so much, We are booked again to do a couple of one-week cruises this year from Southampton.
