Azamara Journey, Africa

Thought Azarmara was a 'Luxury' cruise line but it didn't live up to expectations. The crew and staff were excellent as was the accommodation. Despite what appeared to be a slight swell (no white tips on the waves) the ship was rocking and rolling a lot - not sure if the stabilisers were working. All inclusive drinks only included very basic wines (some of which they ran out of) and spirits - had to pay for anything other than house wine. Unless you wanted to go on safari there was very little else for shore excursions. Entertainment was limited.

Cruises on all 3 Azamara ships are excellent. Ratio of crew to passengers is one of the best. ALL staff speak to you in passing, and the Officers will stop and talk
