My grandson took his favourite football shirt (a singed maradona) and this went missing from our room, we made a compliant and were told they have never had any previous complaints about stolen items, and we're told you must have lost it. I said the room cleaners need to be asked and searched for this item and was told we need to fill in a form. This completely ruined the holiday and my 10 year old grandson was very upset, I will never do another cruise with Marella cruises again.

We had complained every day about the noise during the night as our cabin was directly underneath the restaurant.
