Very poor management cruise. We paid over £100 to park in the terminal where we embarked, but the disembarkation point was different and they didnt inform us beforehand. At the end, we needed to take all the luggages and walked to the parking lot for 30mins, and the staffs said they cant help because this is none of their business. What sort of customer service is it? Yes, they were friendly when you paid them money. Once finished, ask you to F off! The excursion experiences were also terrible, no management at all. People needed to wait for over 1 hour to get on a freaking shuttle bus! Again, the staffs told us if we are not happy, take taxi instead. Shocking experience. I paid money for relaxation, not for these crap which made me exhausted. If you want to have a happy relax holiday, AVOID MSC Cruise!!!
