Who in their right minds would pay several thousand pounds without concrete knowledge of how to get to port. You will pay for your cruise and transport then ambassador at a late stage will change your pick up point many miles from home.
They will not offer to get you to new pick up point. Because you cannot get there without considerable time and cost, an offer of board credit is offered. Co-ercive unnecessary spending and then they refuse to give you money back paid for cruise.
Poor customer relations and one to definitely avoid. Ridiculous, avericious, stupidity to think this is ok.
