Worst cruise line I've ever been on .
Aircon didn't work anywhere so was either freezing cold to the point of putting a outdoor coat on inside to needing a fan blowing cold air as it ranged from 11 degrees to nearly 30 in different areas
The areas they have refurbished are done quite sloppily and need a lot of work to correct it . Holes in walls , paint over carpets ect . The areas not refurbished yet like the cabins are very dated . Our cabin had rubbish under the bed from the previous passengers
On the plus side the crew were friendly and very helpful in all areas and the food was very good
It has potential to be a good ship but it's a long way off now
