Good Cruise Overall ,but management of the initial delay caused at Manchester ,via LHR en route to Lisbon was very POOR ! Passengers were "dumped" ant LHR and offerred a flight to Lisbon which would arrive after the ship left .Which would have meant going to Madiera and waiting 2 days for the ship to arrive .
One or 2 other niggles which the various key members of staff sorted out -admitting that they should not have occurred in the 1st place eg Cold food that should have been hot -several times

Several of the staff really went above and beyond to look after us -sadly it wasn`t true of all of them . We did have a few problems so took the opportunity to complete the mid cruise questionairre ....
