More or less a shake down voyage under difficult COVID restrictions. Would love to get back on board this ship when she's out in more tropical waters. Having been designed by Star Clippers she has many improvements incorporated from their fleet. The most striking improvement is the spaciousness, especially on the main deck.
The English Channel weather preclude the use of the marina facilities on the stern which will really come into it's own in warmer climes. The staterooms are luxurious and comfortable , we liked the incorporated fridge ! The dining room was very spacious , food excellent. The UK weather kept evening entertainment inside the Piano Bar, quite comfortable but again the potential will be the use of the outside bars when warmer. The staff throughout the ship were excellent and friendly so this has the potential of being a must do cruise ship. Only downside is the gym being inside and a bit claustrophobic.
