Really enjoyed our cruise but felt that everything was an 'added extra'. This was our first cruise experience so maybe this is just how it is. We didn't get the drinks package as we don't drink enough to warrant both of us getting it, but it did mean we didn't really have much to get at the bars after dinner other than water.
The service was excellent and our room person went over an above with his towel folding by consulting my daughter as to what she wanted that evening!
Food in the dining room was great and the buffet worked well for lunch and breakfast but I felt it would've been better to have had more dining options (that weren't an extra cost).

A family cruise to celebrate a big birthday, we travelled with 2 small children and really enjoyed our cruise.
The good:
We royal up'd to a suite and it gave us loads of space and our concierge Ooma was incredible
Staff were all very friendly and polite
The boat didn't feel that busy or crowded
Really enjoyed the shows
Enjoyed the ports but perhaps a bit port heavy for young children
Not so good:
The food in the dining room wasn't great, however the staff were very good and brought alternatives and went out of their way to entertain the children
The cruise was stated to be from Venice however the port is no where near Venice. It's almost impossible to book transfer before you travel (you can book without issue when on board but was stressful when we didn't know this)
The kids club was a bit meh, I think when you've seen how amazing some of them looked this one was a bit lacking

Evening Entertainment in the theatre was not much good on most nights. The exception was the Magician and Frankie Vallie.
Fine dining was a bit chaotic, food was good. White wine in board was not very palatable so preferred the red wine. Chops Grille was absolutely amazing from the staff to the delicious food.
All staff were do pleasant, friendly and helpful.
We had the deluxe drinks package but had we not had this ,then drinks were very expensive.
This was our first experience of cruising .

Great food , great service, great facilities, entertainment a bit lacking and the drinks prices onboard extortionate . The cabins could also benefit from a bit of a makeover as looking a bit shabby and dated.

Lovely ship, good range of destinations, far to many young cruisers with inclusive drinks packages who wanted to get "value for money" so drunk morning, noon and night making it unpleasant for other passengers. Very tacky poolside "competitions" which were sexist, not as "classy" as many of their other destinations
