A short 4 night cruise which we really enjoyed. Had an interior room which was more spacious than we thought it would be.
The food was really good with lots of choice.
The crew were all lovely and very helpful.
Lovely ship, and always something to do if you wanted to.

![Panama canal transit]()
Cruise was from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles visiting Grand Cayman, Cartagena, Colon, Puntarenas, Puerto Quetzal, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán. The main event was the coast to coast transit of the Panama canal. Excellent cruise. We did part of the transit as an excursion in a small pleasure boat the day before we did it on the Summit. It turned out great to have done it in two different ways.

Excellent cruise. Accommodation beautiful (balcony room). Excellent service on board.
Excellent dinning in both Buffett and main dining. Remarkable attention to detail. Fanstastic entertainment.

Being a single traveller the 100% supplement makes Celebrity not good value for money. Our cruise itinerary from Boston to Quebec and back was very disrupted by Hurricane Fiona so 3 ports were cancelled as they were so badly damaged. Despite that Celebrity rearranged the itinerary to the best of their capabilities, some ports were visited on different days and an extra night in port was facilitated. We did not sail anywhere near the rough seas thanks to the changes unlike other cruise lines who were in the area at the same time. I got the impression that they were still training some of the newer members of the crew due to the loss of experienced staff through the Covid pandemic. The Miami office yet again managed to not pass on the free gratuities, Wi-Fi and drinks package part of the deal until I got my cruise agent involved, this has happened a few times in the past and is very annoying.

Poor communication prior to cruise. Chaos embarking due to team not listening and communicating. Dining room service slow. Food of poor quality. Waiter critical of request for meat to be well done (medical reason for the request) Our dining reservations were cancelled without explanation. Even with reservation there was a thirty minute wait to get into the dining room. The buffet food was limited and repetitive and consistently served cold. Very unappetising appearance. Many servers were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually serving. Much of the time the drinks on the classic package were not available. Disembarkation was equally chaotic. There are not enough crew for the number of guests. Really disappointing and waste of money tbh.
