Had a wonderful time exploring New Zealand north and south islands. Visited a Maori living village and learned about their culture. The country is so varied and the people very friendly. Cruising Fiordland was much like Norway

The Captain, Officers and Crew on the Crown Princess were wonderful, possibly the best we have ever had in many cruises, charming, polite and helpful they made us feel really special and we had a wonderful cruise if we could give every one of them 100 out of 10 they deserve it and we cant wait to sail with them again

The Captain, Officers and Crew on the Crown Princess were absolutely wonderful to us , and after many cruises i would say they are possibly the best ever, charming , polite and helpful, they made us feel really special , if i could give every one of them 100 out of 10 i would .It remains one of our favourite cruises and we cant wait to sail with them again.

The cruise to nowhere.
The cruise was heavily impacted by the weather and only managed to visit two Hawaiian islands but of greater concern was the state of the ship, it is starting to show the signs of its age, the shower cubicle had cracks running down, numerous plumbing issues with a constant battle to keep public toilets usable, staff needing further training the staff were there normal very helpful and friendly, dining arrangements were not helped by the app and dinner regularly took over 2 hours.

A super cruise enjoyed by both of us. Always lots to do, excellent food and drinks, the entertainment was also of a high standard.
Staff always worked very hard to make everything of a high standard.
