Had another fantastic cruise with Norwegian, great staff, entertainment, brilliant food, with a disappointment in the Bahamas. So as typical Norwegian, staff and food fantastic, the shows are brilliant, however our 1 island stop was a disaster with everything on the Island closed for Good Friday. Everyone was boarding taxis to the town centre and getting there to find everything closed, so felt a bit of a rip off with none of the drivers saying so. Went to Norwegian's private island for the first time also which was amazing definitely would return there. All in all it was a great cruise with a great company in Norwegian.
Great cruise, smaller ship for us but thoroughly enjoyed everything about the holiday
Great cruise around Greece and Croatia, Montenegro, amazing shop and staff, only gripe is that Venice airport is a nightmare, we had 8 hours to wait before flight and there is not enough seats in the airport, we stood or sat on floor for 4 hours before managing to grab a seat
Wonderful surprise 60th birthday treat everyone aboard made my birthday extra special with cakes and extras. The staff made our experience magical the rooms clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have had a better surprise birthday and first cruise experience
Love this ship , have booked to go on this ship again next year , everything was perfect NCL are the best
Excellent cruise love this ship , from the moment we embarked in New York we felt at home , inside cabin was cosy not as big as the epic ship cabins , we had all inclusive included, which means no large bills at the end of your cruise , the shows were very professional, and a great variety of acts , we always ate in the restaurants that were free and always managed to get a table for two by a window , the food was amazing, our favourite tour was New York before our flight they then drop you at the airport learnt so much , we particularly enjoyed the train ride in st Kitts , and the beach in st Lucia ,st Juan was very pretty , a bit disappointed we could not stop in st Thomas as the sea was to rough , we would love to go on this ship again
San Francisco through the Panama Canal and through central America, the ABC islands to New York, so many interesting destinations and great service on board. Absolutely amazing and fantastic value for money
Boarded the Gem in New York after spending 2 wonderful nights in New York , straight away we felt at home on the gem , we had an inside cabin on deck 5 , near the stairs as we never use the lifts on board as exercise by taking the stairs , we like to eat in the restaurants that are free , usually lunch and dinner , food was excellent and relaxed we always book a table for 2 by a window , we loved the bar and dance floor on the top deck , the reggae and soul band was great , never a shortage of sunbeds, in quite areas , we had all inclusive which is great so no bills at the end of the cruise , had some great trips to the beach , and did the train in st Kitts which was fun , on the day we left the ship we booked the New York tour that took us to the airport that was amazing , we even got off the coach and did a walking tour and learnt so many interesting facts
We loved our all inclusive cruise on the gem , the food was amazing, the entertainment was great a soul singer and reggae band plus shows in the theatre, we loved the inside cabin plenty of space and the choice of trips great for all ages , we were most impressed as our flight home from new York wasn't till early evening we did the trip which ended at the air port a great insight from A newyorker. For £99 we have all inclusive £25 dollars off all trips for lead passenger dinning in speciality restaurants for both on 2 nights, we are now platinum guests so we have lots of other exciting add one we have sailed on six NCL ships and have never been disappointed,
