Only thing I can say this cruise wasn’t for the English, hidden costs we didn’t expect like internet was 40 euros and didn’t last long . Service charge was £10 per person a day which isn’t too bad but we were on cruise for 19 nights and weren’t told of this, we also had to upgrade our drinks package as cocktails were not included. Food in allocated restaurant was good but buffet restaurant was not so good Staff were very friendly and helpful excursion’s were pricy but amazing so overall I loved it, no English on the tv if you fancied a night in you had to amuse yourself the ship is not listed it was the costa Firenze but will have to put another ship as will not complete
