The line's two vessels are currently in the Arabian Gulf, Celestyal Discovery in Dubai and Celestyal Journey in Doha. All guests and non-operational crew have already been disembarked. While both ships remain fully operational, their departure from the region is being managed in line with guidance from local authorities.

The next sailings are now scheduled for May, with Celestyal Discovery set to depart on 1 May on a three-night Iconic Greek Islands itinerary, and Celestyal Journey following on 2 May with a seven-night Heavenly Greece, Italy and Croatia voyage.

Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer at Celestyal, said: "Our priority remains the safety and confidence of our guests, crew and partners. While we know this will be disappointing, taking this decision now provides greater clarity and flexibility for those affected. Our teams are working closely with guests and travel partners to support rebooking options and ensure a smooth transition, and we remain focused on returning to service in the Mediterranean as soon as it is safe to do so."

Guests affected by the cancellations have been offered a full refund or future cruise credit, with Celestyal's teams on hand to assist with rebooking. For more information, visit celestyal.com or call 0808 258 4170.
