Although the cruise was disrupted by avoiding and the after effects of a hurricane it was handled well. Port changes had to be made due weather damage at some original destinations. This was well handled and well communicated.

Some fantastic ports of call with the occassional change which probably has to be expected on a long cruise.Food quite good but sometimes not quite up to scratch or am I being picky!!Crew were amazing and all worked their socks off. Overall very good value for money and my husband and I found plenty to do on sea days and really enjoyed the whole experience.

Myself and a friend had a fabulous time ,food stunning ,excellent staff all over the ship.Entertainment fabulous,watched at least one show each night. The drinks package is great. My only gripe was people were sitting on the sunbeds at 8 am with coats on and towels covering the ones to save for others.Why do they do this.Clean and spotless wherever you went,nothing was to much. Trouble for any of the staff.Well Done P&O keep up the good work.

Despite contracting COVID and having to isolate for 13 days. P&O were very accommodating moving everyone to a balcony cabin and meals delivered each day.

An absorbing cruise To Canada in which we experienced the tail of a hurricane. The weather damage ashore resulted in changes in ports. All the disruption was managed well with good communication throughout. Replacement ports were well chosen and we received great welcomes. The need for some additional sea days was also well handled as was the COVID protection requirements necessary for a longer cruise and Canadian Authorities. The colours of Fall and scenic landscape all added to making it a successful cruise.

Staff are wonderful. Food both in main dining room and buffet always very good with plenty of choice.Cabin great- steward really good and helpful. Evening entertainment good….some better than others. Shore excursions…..mixed….overall very good. Criticism would be …more information about the trips would be wonderful, enabling more consideration. Value for money- excellent. Already booked future cruises with P&O. Thanks to everyone.

Wonderful seven days in the Caribbean with very good excursions. But Aurora does not provide the service we used to know. Everything is pared back to cost cut, the food is sometimes poor and the service is disappointing. Will probably not travel with P&O again.

This was a good value cruise that got us to all destinations and delivered what was advertised. Whilst we found that the ship overall wasn't for us, there was nothing to complain about and staff aboard were lovely. There is a cinema on board which was good to visit and a good observation lounge. We like ballroom dancing and the hosts onboard were excellent with good lessons however the dance space of an evening was a challenge as the floor was very small and overhead lighting made it very hot to dance. The swimming pool is too shallow if you want to swim properly. Cabin was comfortable. Evening meals were lovely with good waiting service but breakfasts were more of a challenge due to menu choices. It would probably suit most people but I couldn't get cheese/ham in the restaurant or I couldn't get cranberry juice in the lido buffet area - so a compromise for me as I had to choose between each option but this probably wouldn't matter to many people.

Contracted Covid so had to isolate for 12 days. Missed Dominica due a re route dropping Covid passengers to Queen Victoria. Still awaiting insurance payment for missed port (Dominica). Also missed St Lucia, Antigua, St Maarten and the Azores. Food was ok, but not great. Sevice was very good despite staff shortages due to Covid.

This was an excellent first cruise for us. Staff were very attentive, food was excellent, entertainment was good. Accommodation was good & rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. The excursions were brilliantly organised by the Azura’s customer relations team. Only downside, a lack of gluten free options available. Other than that I would strongly recommend this cruise.
