We call Carnival Celebration®'s onboard burger spot Guy’s Burger Joint™. We teamed up with Guy Fieri to design not just the burgers and fries, but to help bring in the kind of rustic atmosphere you’d find at a roadside burger shack somewhere off a coastal highway. All signs point to ambiance — and serious flavor — so try a burger dressed up the way Guy likes it, or take it off-roading… to the nearby topping bar, where you can make it your own.

The smoke’s the point at Guy’s new joint. (And the brews too!) With choices like brisket, sausage, baby back ribs, salmon and dry-rubbed chicken, our pros wake up early to smoke the meat right there over hickory and apple wood, all before serving up these favorites at your table… complete with classic sides. Remember, you’re in Guy Fieri’s house — Carnival is home to the world’s first Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse, so we do things Guy’s way. After all, he’s a BBQ Hall of Famer!
Now that we’ve cleared the smoke, let’s talk beers. Our exclusive line of Parched Pig® craft brews — a smoked porter, a farmhouse ale, a hoppy IPA and a toasted amber — is brewed under the supervision of a pro brewmaster, just feet from your table… and nowhere else* in the world. When the cool ocean breeze hits your nose with the sweet smell of smoke, you know you better follow it to Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse. At this onboard, open-air spot, Guy's doin’ his authentic, real-deal barbecue, his way. The Barbecue Hall of Famer is bringin’ some big time meats like Championship Pork Butt, Smoked Round of Beef, Smoked Andouille Sausage and his famous Blue Ribbon Chicken as well as rockin’ sides like Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese, Old Skool Potato Salad and Collard Greens. Throw in his signature line of barbecue sauces and you’ve got a rockin’ sea day on deck.
