But at one location — RedFrog® Pub & Brewery aboard Carnival Vista® — you’ll find North America’s first-ever brewery at sea. It’s right there inside the pub! Beer connoisseurs can be found delighting their palates with complex and delicious pints of craft-brew exclusives made just feet away by our onboard brewmaster, brews like ThirstyFrog® Port Hoppin’ IPA, ThirstyFrog® Caribbean Wheat, FriskyFrog™ Java Stout and ThirstyFrog® American Pale Ale. Plus, our brewmaster is always dreaming up unique, small-batch seasonal brews — take the brewery tour and find out more about how they do it at sea!

Of course, you’ll also find great craft cocktails at the full bar… after all, one of RedFrog’s founding principles is that good rum can be served up neat in a tasting flight, or mixed with refreshing tropical flavors. No magic spells are required to enjoy a cocktail creation at Alchemy Bar®, our unique vintage-themed cocktail "pharmacy" — all you need is a willingness to be surprised, to try something new. We’ve flipped through dusty old texts to uncover enticing combinations: select spirits, fresh juices, infused syrups, spices… and other tantalizing secrets performed before your very eyes by the true mix-masters: our bartenders. Choose a remedy from the menu, or let us prescribe you a custom elixir just for you, with or without alcohol.

Comedy clubs on land… well, it’s kinda funny. Nobody likes paying cover charges, and you know that two-drink minimum? They’ve gotta be joking! You won’t find either of these at The Punchliner Comedy Club™ aboard your Carnival cruise. Up on stage you will find some real pros who know how to wedge a little laughter into anyone’s evening. You can count on these comedians to not hold back either. Since some of them get up and say exactly what’s on their mind, we also schedule family-friendly performances… so the only red faces in the audience are from laughing a little too hard.

Your cruise features 80s Night, so when the sun goes down you know things are gonna get bad… bad meaning good! The fun starts with a Playlist Productions™ show and, since everybody just wants to have fun, features an evening of themed parties that will have you wondering if the ship’s, like, sailing back in time. Just in case we do hit 88 knots, wear your hair big and we’ll up this journey to the max with DJs spinning some righteous tunes from the heyday of music videos, one illin’ 80s dance contest, plus a class to totally teach you how to bust a move. Rad!

There are two kinds of people — land people and sea people. Unless they were born on a pirate ship or something, pretty much everybody starts out as a land person. And look, there’s nothing wrong with that. But there’s a process for becoming a sea person, and the Caribbean Sailaway Party on your first Carnival cruise is where the transformation occurs. It’s actually pretty easy: get there and… you’re in the club and ready to celebrate! From the comfort of your poolside lounge chair you'll enjoy sporting events and recent blockbuster films. Or bring your suit and take in all this action from the pool itself! The screen is big and beautiful so every seat is the perfect one, but it’s more than just the view… it’s the breeze, and the joy of enjoying some great entertainment together. So come out for a show and try to remember a breezier night you’ve spent at the theater.

With wall-to-wall activities, most people wouldn’t think of their cruise vacation as a great time to read a book, but you’ll find the bibliophilic faithful stretched out on deck chairs, enjoying the sun, sea breeze… and a page-turner. Forgot to bring a book? E-reader battery just died? Every Carnival® ship features an onboard library stocked with the good stuff. For the silent types, it’s a great place to read, but if the roar of the ocean is more your soundtrack, the library is a great place to find a good read to borrow and devour, al fresco. You’ll also find our libraries stocked with a variety of awesome board games for the whole family to enjoy!

To compare the IMAX® experience to “just seeing a movie” is like calling a Carnival cruise “just a vacation.” It sounds right… but experienced folks know better. That’s why stepping into the IMAX Theatre you’ll find on a Carnival cruise is more like taking a brief escape from life. On the other side of the amazing screen you’ll find a world of first run Hollywood blockbusters, recent hit films and IMAX documentaries, all in a huge format that makes normal theaters look like your smartphone screen. And the only place you’ll find IMAX at sea? On a Carnival cruise. Action!
