Princess Cruises Enchanted Princess
The cruise was only 60% full with a full crew and this meant that there was always somewhere to sit or dine etc. The ship was fairly new and everything was very clean and bright. Crew were very friendly and helpful and stateroom was well appointed & kept spotlessly clean. Only downside was that this is a Medallion class ship, which means that you use an app for check-in details, room entry, ordering of food/drink etc. Although the room entry always worked, the app did not necessarily work for other options eg drink ordering We did not go on any shore excursions, as we prefer to explore independently

We arrived in Athens for a 7 night cruise, on arrival at the ship it look so impressive. We have sailed with Princess on other occasions, but this ship was a monster, with 30 different places to drink or eat. It was very clean and the staff always hapoy and willing to assist.7 nights does not give you enough time to actually use all the facilities, with over 4000 guests, it never felt over crowded. Thanks to all the crew for a fabulous cruise.

This was our very first cruise, and the Sun Princess was a wonderful ship to be on. Our room steward could not do more to help us with little requests and advice. The food in the eatery was great, and even in the main dining room we never struggled to get a table even without pre-booking. Definitely recommend, the staff could not do enough for us
