Excellent service from start to finish,nothing too much trouble for all staff members.
Beautiful ship, let down by no atmosphere, poor food in dining rooms, although buffet was good, poor customer service (with the exception of the room steward), some unfriendly and sometimes rude staff, poor entertainment and poor excursions. Worst thing was paying for a drinks package and then being told certain drinks weren't included in the package and being charged for them one day and not charged the day before or following day.

Our cruse ship virtuosa left Southampton to Lisbon then to carnary island's on a fantastic ship something to do everyday the staff are amazing the shows are great the restaurant are good and you can make some great friends in the champagne bar . Why smc its a great company to sail with .
