Oceania Riviera is designed for those who love to travel through food. Onboard, guests can take part in hands-on cooking classes at the Culinary Center, one of the only purpose-built cooking schools at sea. And for the Australasian season, a new class called “Down Under Abundance” takes centre stage. Crafted with input from Oceania’s Australia and New Zealand-based chefs, the class will be a journey through regional seafood, seasonal produce and local wine.

Food continues to shape the onboard experience across Oceania Riviera’s eight distinct restaurants. There's Toscana, which channels the warmth and depth of Italian home cooking; Red Ginger, where you can taste a contemporary take on Asian classics; and the ever-refined Polo Grill, where the steak is aged in-house and served under polished brass and wood panelling.

The Grand Dining Room serves up global fine dining in a setting inspired by Europe's great hotels, while Waves Grill keeps things relaxed by the pool. Even the afternoon tea, held daily in the light-filled Horizons lounge, is a showstopper, complete with tiered trays of patisserie and sensational sea views.

On the 22-day Komodos & Kangaroos voyage from Singapore to Sydney, you’ll call at five ports in Indonesia (including Bali, Lombok and Komodo) and eight ports in Australia (including Perth, Kangaroo Island, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney).
