The black-tie ceremony, hosted by actor and comedian Sally Phillips and supported by headline sponsor Virgin Voyages, drew leaders from cruise lines, travel agents, tourism organisations and service providers.
Against a backdrop of chandeliers and champagne flutes, the atmosphere combined celebration with an unmistakable sense of industry pride. Riviera Travel emerged as one of the night’s biggest names, collecting multiple awards and securing the coveted Grand Prix.

Cruise Mummy’s Jenni Fielding extended her winning streak as she took home her fourth consecutive award for Favourite Cruise Travel Influencer.
Two of the night’s most emotional moments came with the presentation of the Peter Grant Award to Edwina Lonsdale of Mundy Cruising and a Special Recognition Award for Steve Williams.
Many of the biggest names in cruising – including Cunard, P&O Cruises and Royal Caribbean – were also recognised. And with more than 40 awards handed out, the 2025 ceremony reinforced the strength, creativity and community spirit of the cruise world.
Most winners were chosen by a 40-strong panel of independent judges following an in-person judging day at The Independent’s London HQ. World of Cruising readers voted for consumer awards' winners.
