Great service on board. We did not eat in any of the restaurants that we had to pay extra. The food in the main dining room was fine. Our cabin steward was friendly and kept the cabin in excellent condition. We went to the theatre and felt that the restrictions were good, we felt very safe.
First time to the Caribbean and made a good choice to go with P & O. Cabin was lovely, cabin steward could not have been better. Would definitely recommend Azura
Very poor,if this is the way PandO are going they will have massive problems
Glad I done it,places I’ve never been before,but I prefer warmer climes.
Sadly standards at P&O are dropping. Penny pinching and lack of respect for old returning customers are going to cost them dearly in the long run. I am a regular cruiser with P&O (Caribbean loyalty tier) but sadly my next cruise will be with a different cruise line.
Shore excursions descriptions were terrible. Felt ripped off. When complaints were made by many passengers we were lied to and dismissed. Azura literally has gaffa tape on chairs, stinks and rooms are like dated travellodges. Following the cruise I wrote to customer service and received a standard email which didn’t address issues TWO MONTHS later!!
Standards have slipped on P&O across the board. We are now....for the first time after countless cruises with P & O.....looking at other cruise lines and have already booked with Msc
Sailed on Azura , paid for Balcony cabin but a month before sailing I was informed that my select price cabin was unavailable due to covid isolation purposes, and was downgraded 8 cabin grades to a part obstructed sea view . No compensation no partial refund nothing , the Entertainment left a lot to be desired with shows cancelled or technical problems , food was good but not all drinks were available despite being advertised
Overall not the best sorry but p&o need to do better
A wonderful cruise to a beautiful destination! Simply amazing!
Due to covid restrictions we were not allowed to leave the ship in lasPalmas in the canery islands and did not even go into Cadiz at all the entertainment staff worked really hard playing to practically empty rooms but hard and restaurants were closing early I understand the difficulties caused by covid but all the passenger abourd the ship had payied for the facilities to be available
