Top marks 5 stars for everything involved with my cruise. The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for anyone to help. Everyday was marvellous the evenings were very entertaining, lots going on a great choice to attend various things that were laid on for the passengers.
It was so good that memories are just so real when thinking or talking about the cruise.
Made a few friends and even after 3 months we are still in contact.
We cannot wait until our next voyage.
Fred Olsen and the entire staff/crew of the Bolette you have got it "right" Thank you

Excellent service in all areas of the ship, dining and maid service exceptional.
Coronavirus outbreak handled sympathetically and kept away from main areas of ship.
Recommend Fred Olsen with no reservations. Booked straight away to go on another cruise.

short cruise but excellent service throughout. good food throughout the ship and friendly efficient service. Cannot comment on shore excursions as did not take any ,I always find my own way around.
Overall very happy experience and will certainly cruise with Fred Olson again.

The crew onboard Fred Olsen are absolutely fantastic - always smiling, friendly and will do anything for you. Embarkation and disembarkation are so easy. The entertainment team were brilliant and as good as going to a West End show. I have only given 3 stars for excursions as we didn't do any on this trip, but other people said they were good. We have already booked for two more trips next year so you can see that we think they are excellent value for money.

From embarkation until our leaving the ship in Southampton the care afforded by Fred Olsen’s crew could not be faulted. The safety drill, the dining arrangements and the entertainment was superb; and even at disembarkation the crew kept us informed and entertained. A full commendation to everyone concerned.

On Fred Olsen cruises I always feel a part of a family. The staff are all very attentive and make a good cruise exceptional.
I will not travel with any other cruise line now. It offers good value for money and I found that the cost of the excursions are very competitive.
They allow me to vary my tips so that I can tip individuals as I choose. They make it easy for me to do this unlike other cruise lines I have travelled on.
The size of the ships are just right small, friendly and welcoming.

From departure in Dover the friendliness of staff was wonderful. The whole experience was superb.
Crew members were so helpful, food was lovely in all eating areas.
The cabin was immaculate. there was nothing to find fault with or complain about.
Restaurant staff, cleaners and guidess on tours were brilliant.
This entire experience makes me want more cruises and I would highly recommend Fred Olsen and the cruise ship Bolette.
Possibly the best holiday I have had in my many years.

A fantastic 5 nights to Amsterdam and Antwerp. Plenty of time in port to explore, even down to Brussels.
Had a Junior balcony suite which comes with extras.
With only 50% passengers so felt extremely spacious, could always find a quiet spot to sit and watch the world go by, am not a party person.
All staff, from Captain to cleaners around the ship are attentive, friendly and efficient. Amazing how they remember you. Our MDR staff particularly good this cruise. Food in all eateries of a high standard and plenty from which to choose.
Entertainment around the ship is very varied and of a high standard. Only drawback of this one, too short! No time for relaxing seadays.
