Whether you want to sip something from the pros, or noodle on a cocktail idea you've been meaning to work out, Mix is the spot to sip creatively. The signature cocktails have names like "Synth" and "Hi-Fi," and listen up — they taste as great as they sound. And if you're ready to get creative, the bar lets you play producer and choose the flavor "tracks" that go into your own creation.

Alchemy Bar is Carnival Festivale's unique vintage-themed cocktail "pharmacy," and we've flipped through dusty old texts to uncover enticing combinations: select spirits, fresh juices, infused syrups, spices… and other tantalizing secrets performed before your very eyes by the true mix-masters. Choose a remedy from the menu, or let us prescribe a custom elixir just for you, with or without alcohol, and enjoy it in an expanded lounge setting complete with a stage for live music performances.

Carnival Festivale has its own Punchliner Comedy Club in the Grand Central zone, and up on stage you’ll find some real pros who know how to wedge a little laughter into anyone’s evening. You can count on these comedians to not hold back either. Since some of them get up and say exactly what’s on their mind, we also schedule family-friendly performances… so the only red faces in the audience are from laughing a little too hard.
