![Brilliant service & food]()
A fantastic short break away, the staff and service was excellent. Food was lovely!! Really surprised me how nice it all was.
Only downside was the boat and rooms etc were looking a little bit tired. Needs a revamp. Other than that it was great! My husband is Coeliac and everyone was helpful and he didn’t have any bad experiences!

We have sailed with RC for over 20 years and was very disappointed to find they had really cut back on their services they provide. No only 1 turn down per day had to ask for double towels rather than be provided, no tissues, stateroom not hoovered daily and balcony not cleaned. Even in the coffee shop always a big que. Entertainment very basic.
I think they need to up their game as there is a lot of other companies visiting the same cruise destinations, providing a better service for the same price.

Amazing cruise , beautiful ship , clean , lots of food choices, friendly staff , lots to do onboard, west end shows , comfortable rooms and beds , cant wait to get back on board , done p+o and Disney cruise befor but Royal Caribbean my favourite.

From the time we boarded to the time of disembarkment, service was outstanding. Food was stunning and staff were so attentive.
Our cabin was just out of this world, we felt like movie stars. The whole ship was clean and inviting, the shows were great.

This was the first cruise for myself and my wife. It was also in recognition of several occasions for us e.g. birthdays, wedding anniversary, etc. We were a little wary of it initially but we had no need to as it turned out. We both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and my wife in particular was like a little girl in a sweetshop throughout. We have never enjoyed a holiday as much as this before. There was so much to do throughout the two weeks or we could literally just chill and watch the world go by. The range of activities onboard the ship each day was fantastic and we were never bored at any time. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from other guests to porters, shop staff, waiters etc were all so friendly. We spoke to so many people it was untrue and still keep in contact with some of these now. The idea of literally waking up each day in a different port was very pleasing for us and of course the consequences of bad weather did not have the same effect on the day that it would have if we had been staying in a hotel or park etc. There being no limit on baggage allowance was literally taken to heart by my wife and I ended up most of the time as the "donkey" to carry the vast majority of her purchases away. I honestly believe that we could not have improved on this, our first cruise. Indeed, not long after arriving home we were booking our second cruise away but unfortunately Covid scuppered this. At the moment we are waiting with baited breath that there are no further restrictions in cruising as we are due to go on our delayed second cruise in a couple of month's time - if we enjoy it half as much as our first we will be well pleased and on our way to becoming seasoned cruise addicts.

We have been on many cruises, this one surpassed them all. Food was superb, not one complaint. Nothing too much trouble. Entertainment was brilliant, something for everybody. Cleanliness outstanding .

This was our second cruise with RCI and it was even better than the first as we knew what to expect regarding dress code and where to eat for the best experience. The shows were superb and we're the facilities. I particularly lived the jacussi and the gym facilities. There was plenty of room for some peace and quiet if you need it. And there was always something to do and places to explore aboard ship. A wonderful holiday and we're looking forward to the next one later this year.

The experience was not as good as our 1st cruise with P and O.
There was too much of a hard sell.
We could not get a sun lounger on the top deck as they were covered with towels with no-one on them for hours.
There was quite a bit of trouble due to people being drunk as the all inclusive was abused by passengers.
All in all not a nice experience
