Excellent service from start to finish,nothing too much trouble for all staff members.
The crew were amazing - the norwegian fjords were amazing. The excursions were a disaster. We went on a coach to then go on a boat trip around the smaller fjords. When we got there the boat had left without us! After half an hour of waiting we were told this then had to wait at least another half hour for another coach to pick us up ! We were given our money back but think we should have been compensated as the excursion the day before was a disaster too. No tv channels in the room apart from news. This was a big deal for me.

Our cruse ship virtuosa left Southampton to Lisbon then to carnary island's on a fantastic ship something to do everyday the staff are amazing the shows are great the restaurant are good and you can make some great friends in the champagne bar . Why smc its a great company to sail with .
