Excellent service from start to finish,nothing too much trouble for all staff members.
Had the best time did a three day taster cruise to Holland and France from Southampton, ship was amazing very glam, very clean, had lots to do we particular liked water slides, high ropes and the large amount of hot tubs situated at round ship, food was greaT lots of choice and always tasty, shoes were good kids enjoyed them too being only 30 minutes doesn’t allow for kids to get bored, rooms were nice very clean and alway made up with new town each day, drinks were great, overall loved it few little grips if I was being really picky but would 100% recommend msc we have booked another cruise with them for August, they get hard time sometimes on reviews but really worth given them a go great experience great value for money. Our cruse ship virtuosa left Southampton to Lisbon then to carnary island's on a fantastic ship something to do everyday the staff are amazing the shows are great the restaurant are good and you can make some great friends in the champagne bar . Why smc its a great company to sail with .
