Excellent service from start to finish,nothing too much trouble for all staff members.
Felt the only interest that this company had was to see how much more money they could get out of you and the actual cruise compared to other cruises I’ve been on lacked those little personal touches

Our cruse ship virtuosa left Southampton to Lisbon then to carnary island's on a fantastic ship something to do everyday the staff are amazing the shows are great the restaurant are good and you can make some great friends in the champagne bar . Why smc its a great company to sail with .
