Booked fortnight’s cruise less than four weeks before sailing for a good price, so good value. Food in the main dining room was better than the cruise this time last year on ‘Victoria’ - quality, presentation and taste. The fish in particular was cooked properly. Excellent cleanliness in stateroom. Disappointed with the theatre entertainment - repeats of same performers in same week … Ship’s theatre company did a super performance of ‘Come From Away’, but no real ‘Broadway’ style show with real dancers and costume changes …

It provided us with the opportunity to cruise from Southampton with no flying involved all around the Caribbean and South America. It was the holiday of a life time seeing very diverse scenery and wild life, particularly in Patagonia.
The weather at times was very windy and prevented us from reaching a couple of our intended destinations, but overall it did not spoil the trip.
The diversity of landscape from Caribbean islands to circumnavigating Cape Horn and visiting glaciers in Southern Chili and the Atacama desert. Going through the Panama Canal was the icing on the cake, for experiences.

Quite a while since we sailed with Cunard but it felt immediately like going home. Cunard is our favourite cruise line and I (think) this cruise was our 14th with them. We had a very nice cabin on deck 1 which is our favourite deck. The food, service and entertainment were very good. We visited Spain and Portugal which we have done before. It was nice to be on board so near Christmas as it was very festive just like when we were on the Queen Elizabeth a few years ago. I am looking forward to joining Cunard again this year on one of their ships - maybe the Queen Anne!

A very reasonable priced cruise in the run up to Xmas, no hidden extras like port transfers charged, great service, high quality and choice in dining, hardly any queuing at embarkation and disembarkation. Some very good entertainment and no "hard selling" on board. Staff available and obliging for individual needs.

We had a wonderful cruise with great food and service. Of course we couldnt visit St Petersburg so we went to Lithuania and Poland instead. We love the Queen Victoria, shes beautiful and the ambience is so friendly.

It was a short cruise to hamburg from Southampton ship is a bit dated which wasn't really a problem it was the service I had to complain everyday about
Being overcharged and charged twice in some bars on ship which ruined the short break I did complain after and all they done was say sorry
