Barcelona to Rome, Although a nice ship some areas are starting to look tired, furniture worn etc. Overall service was excellent, staff very warm, pleasant and helpfull. Choice of dining was also very good, food excellent. Evening entertainment somwhat lacking when compared to bigger ship offerings, to be expected. Visiting entertainers all of good standard but on board team rather loud. Not all excursions are free, some come with a surcharge, we found local guides not always as attentive as they should be and somwhat dissinterested (not the ships fault). Don't purchase the Bocelli event it is not worth the extra cost, we were very dissappointed. Space ratio to guest was very good, always found a quiet space when needed. Bar service on top decks very good, waiting staff always to hand to take your order. Best library ever. Health and hygeine super good.

This was the Voyagers first cruise after covid and it was clear that the crew were nowhere near up to speed. Food and drinks service was very slow and on one occasion we left the Prime 7 restaurant after waiting 45minutes for our meal. I must stress this is not typical of Regent cruises ,usually everything is spot on.

The first cruise for Regent seven seas voyager after the pandemic. Unfortunately the ship was ready but the crew definitely were not ,with some notable exceptions. Buffet was served to you and then changed to self service which led to delays in getting cooked to order items as the wait staff couldn't deliver it quick enough which led to cold omelettes for instance. What I did like was if you sat at a four table they cleared the other two place settings meaning not having to sit with strangers, helping avoid any possibility of covid contact. Same story in the main dining room and the speciality restaurants, often very slow service and cold food. Although the crew were not all up to speed every single one was happy to see you and always did their very best for you. I'm certain other cruises later in the year will be the fabulous experience Regent are known for.

Fantastic trip , flew club class to Singapore and back from Sydney was part of the holiday as stayed pre cruise and post cruise . Well organised ship , excellent service from all the staff . Enjoyed the excursions. . Looking to book a cruise with regent in 2022
