Lovely new ship shows were good but all alike, needed something different. Would have liked more comedy to much emphasis on extras, dining venues. Really don’t like paying extra for lots of things. Drinks packages were high and paying extra for ice cream I thought was wrong. Unfortunately the weather made the promanard deck useless. Have had better food but it was OK
After going on this ship I would not hesitate to go every year as this was my first ever cruise and it was amazing for both me and all the other members of my family who all thought the same
A wonderful cruise, the ship was amazing and all staff so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was 1st class. Would highly recommend and hoping to sail again later this year.
This was our first time on MSC Virtuosa, sailing to Northern Europe, where we visited some stunning cities, such as Tallinn and Copenhagen. The ship is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor in all areas. The staff were all very professional, friendly and accommodating. We tried all the specialty restaurants, as well as the main dining room and buffet and they were all exceptional, although pur favourite would probably be Butchers Cut. All the facilities onboard are excellent, we had a balcony room on the tenth floor and it was spacious with excellent facilities.
We loved the ship so much that we have booked to cruise on it again later this year.
We had a fantastic time on our MSC Cruise last September. The Ship is a joy to behold and its magnificence is matched by the crew’s enthusiasm in giving top class service in all areas.
Dining onboard was a treat every meal time, with so much choice making it hard not to overindulge! We watched the evening shows and enjoyed all the live entertainment in venues across the ship. On shore we had a great time exploring the beautiful ports of call and travelling further afield to see stunning sights and we even met up with relatives in Oslo!
The MSC Virtuosa is a shining example of how a Cruise Ship can make your holiday a memorable one. Oh! The Cocktails! Don’t forget the Cocktails!
Very crowded, not good food , very noisy, not relaxing at all..
My first cruise , and now I’m hooked. The ship is beautiful, staff friendly and lots of bars to explore . Didn’t do many organised excursions as I felt they were overpriced but that’s my only complaint
I was on board with a glass of champagne within 20 mins of my arrival at port
Great value for money.
The ship is too large for my liking.
Popular areas on the ship were overcrowded with nowhere to sit.
Food and drinks were great.
Accomodation was good and clean.
This was my first cruise and I would love to go on a cruise every year now It was just great and we had no complaints about anything at all and the staff were all super and would do anything for us
The MSc virtuosa is a very big ship and can get quite busy at peak times of the day. The ship is spotlessly clean and the entertainment program is excellent.Staff are very polite and helpful.we discovered quite early on that there was insufficient seating in the Virtuosa Bar which is on a prime spot on the ship providing regular live entertainment so be prepared and get there early. We had an inside cabin which was fantastic, spacious and cleaned regularly. The early dining slot was beneficial which enabled us to get the most out of the evening program. The food was very good but having sailed on this ship earlier in the year we thought it wasn't as good as our first trip.Value for money I don't think the other cruise lines can match and would sail with MSC again.
We cose a NYE cruise for the celebration which was loud and lively. However, the ship was virtually full and with it being a cold weather cruise, no one was going outside so seats were sometimes hard to find. And, being an elderly couple, there were too many children for us. We will avoid school hols in future. The ship is beautiful, staff excellent, entertainment very good. Embarking and disembarking faultless. I would certainly cruise MSC again ... but only in warmer places.
It was a birthday and the cruise line made it very special. We chose a Yacht club suite. Other passengers asked if it was worth the extra cost and in my opinion the answer is a resounding YES.
We had a good time on Virtuosa northern europe , as the wheater was cold we couldn t enjoy and didn t book none excursions this time but we enjoyed the spa, indoor pool, shows ,food ,etc.last december 2022 all was good ,the price was alright but can be much better lower I beleive . I recommend MSC .Will try new cruise line and see the differences.
A fantastic New Year cruise on the beautiful MSC Virtuosa. Beautifully decorated for Christmas with lots of great activities onboard, for adults and children alike. Loved the little wooden chalet on deck selling hot chocolate and mulled wine with candy floss for the children. A wonderful experience! Looking to book again for next year!
