We’ve had many cruises and another one scheduled for this year. There were 6 of us - all age ranges from 10 years upwards. We were concerned as Wonder is such a large ship - but what a ship ! Great entertainment, food and drink first class and so much choice. Our next cruise is MSC. We’ve cruised with Disney, Norwegian, Cunard - and loved everyone. MSC ? Watch this space !!

Enormous ship. The on board facilities did have problems accommodating so many people. Lovely gardens, cafes, live shows, ice show etc. No “West End” production

Unimpressed by Wonder of the Seas. Dining particularly poor in respect of menu and incompetent waiting staff. I have cruised with RCL from 1996 and this was the first one I have complained about. I will never board a ship the size of Wonder in the future.

An absolutely amazing ship! The shows were incredible, especially the Aqua Theatre show. My four year old granddaughter just loved the carousel and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. There is something for everyone on this ship. Plenty of activities for families, quiet spaces in Central Park among the foliage for a quiet drink and fantastic food. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The Best ever Cruise trip We ever had. Evertything was excellant. Hope they had few more RC theatre shows and at least one more show on Ice ring and Aqua Theatre as it was a 14 day cruise. Ship facilities, sports, pools, wave pools and water slides etc are beyond expecation.
Its a world class experiance in the world's largest cruise ship on our first Transatlantic cruise. We feel like We are Loyal to Royal
Disembarkation was a kind of a mess, but its due to handling error of port canaveral port, looks like the port had a bad day and long queues, delay in the process, but We understand that its not a problem of the cruise.

Apart from only a very few cruises on Celebrity, all others since the first in 1996 have been with RCL. Given the excellent experiences gained in the past, it was not difficult to arrange to cruise with them once more.
However, I was not entirely happy on this occasion:-
1) At the first evening’s dinner, my party was served by a most amateurish waiting staff who brought to the table, first and second courses not satisfactorily hot enough and indeed not cooked to the level asked for. I ordered a steak to be cooked medium-to-well and it arrived so rare, it was almost raw. I appreciate that the lack of sufficient cooking was not due to waiters, who couldn’t even provide black pepper. Menus were never as extensive as on previous cruises and portions not as generous. I expected coffee to be provided in saucered cups automatically but it had to be asked for and was provided in mugs. All very disappointing!
Toilets were well maintained, but hand-drying was reduced to paper towels, not the cloth variety provided on previous cruises. Again, very disappointing!
In conclusion therefore, I am convinced that RCL are cutting back and are not providing the excellent services as in the past.
Unless improvements are made, this cruise may be my last dream holiday on RCL.
