Oceania Nautica is a small ocean luxury ship operated by Oceania Cruises, which launched in 2000 and was last refitted in 2022. It has capacity for 670 guests across 342 cabins with 400 crew members on hand to help.

Oceania Nautica has 342 cabins across nine accommodation categories. That includes inside and outside options. Amenities vary across the tiers, with higher-category cabins including a generous array of extra perks. But across the board, you'll still experience the signature Oceania Cruises approach to quality and service.
This really was an appalling picture of greed and inefficiency.
The ship was lovely, most of the staff were great. Management ( were there any?) we're disinterested. Boarding the ship in Taiwan was a long-winded affair. With a lack of English speaking staff this compounded the meds. Japanese customs were even worse, not helped by the lack of interest by the ship's crew.
The excursions were expensive, none were available for disabled passengers. The ones we booked before we left England, were changed or cancelled
I wrote and complained over 2 months ago and have still not had the courtesy of a response.
Wonderful crew well kept ship terrible vegetarian food, staff rushing around rushed shore excursions.
The 3 berth cabin is not suitable for prupose as when the sofa bed is down people can't get to the bathroom. We food staff being taken away from main dining room to go up to terrace cafe which left those down in the MDR rushing around unable to give a good service.
Ice creams are wonderful, staff very friendly. The ship is kept well and very clean.
Terrible entertainment from guests, although the regular singers/dancers were very good.
Great crew always happy, felt they may have been short on staff as 2/3 evenings staff were taken from MDR to terrace cafe, which made the service rushed.
Some of the shore excursions were very good others very rushed and not so good, the best ones were those we took ourselves.
The food for vegeterians is what let the cruise down, boring always luke warm one night I asked for my spag and tom sauce to be reheated and It was replaced with spag bol !! Same veggies every night, always undercooked and cold, only had 2/3 nights where I could have a soup, just not good enough.
We actually cancelled a cruise later in the year as we did not think it was worth the money !
Entertainment was OK the residdent singers did a good job, others were terrible, no music quizes,
I know all companies have cut down but it was very noticable since we cruised with Oceania 5 years ago, even the meat eaters had repeats, very little choice, etc. Although 99% time it was well cooked.
They do some things very well, the ice cream and milkshakes are great, the ship is really clean. All the staff are great.
A word of warning if you have 4 people in a lower level cabin the sofa bed opens out so that no one can get to the bathroom, we knew it would be cramped but did not expect that !
Did love the Vero watger bottles which we got to keep, as it saved plastic, like the cans of drink rather than fountain soft drinks and the coffee, etc is good quality. The sail away and departure are non existent, a bit of anti climax.
Buffet was the best we have come across.
Speciality dining had one mishap were the meat was tough and overcooked, and the maitre d got the chef to come out to apologise , but that was all. No offer of anything else which I feel fell short for this level of cruise ship.
