This is not our first msc cruise always rated msc this cruise was best holiday we have had, the service was amazing even though the ship was nearly full service was quick and it didn’t feel busy, destination which included Jamaica, cayman island, Bahamas private island and Cozumel, our kids loved the cruise also, ship was immaculate, with so much to do, Dodd was good if I was gonna say anything not 100% positive would be good could be slightly better was fine but few bits weren’t great, we be booking a similar cruise next year with MSC thanks for an amazing trip.

We loved it (family of 3). For the price we paid we were very happy with what we got. No we couldn’t dine in multiple dining rooms as part of the package, and yes it did take a long time to get a drink sometimes, and yes, there was a lot of disorganisation getting on and off the ship during port days. But we got used to it and we loved it, for the price we paid. And we thought the food was great, both in the dining room and the buffet. As long as they don’t change the price point we would go back to them every time.

A huge ship that was at full capacity for passengers. However, everything seemed to run like clockwork. All the staff we came into contact with were lovely. Our first time cruising with MSC (although we have cruised many times before) and we would thoroughly recommend this cruise line.
