Extremely disappointed with this ship. Been on 3 different msc ships and will never go on the Seaside again
Not enough seating in communal areas, bars not appealing however staff were brilliant.

Although the cruise was a really good bargain the cost to do activities on the ship like ten pin bowling, the zip wire etc were pretty expensive to do. The drinks package was excellent value and the bar staff were really friendly and very knowledgable about making cocktails.

Embarked MSC seaside in Barbados for 14 night cruise, majority of passengers embarked in Martinique or Guadeloupe and were French.
Food and waiter service excellent.
Cabin (outside deck 5) spacious, with a comfortable large sofa,very clean and cabin steward service excellent. Would have liked a little more wardrobe/drawer space.
Lounges small and evening entertainment rather limited.
Theatre shows short, difficult for us to follow theme/story of the show and only about 5 different shows over the 14 nights.
On board activities looked amazing water slide, bowling, zip line etc although all with an additional charge.
Gym very well equipped but very busy.

Came home with covid as no mandatory washing of hands or sanitising on board so 8 out of 10 never bothered, even staff.
Only cabin cleaners and cleaners seemed happy, the rest acted as though they wished they were somewhere else and you were a nuisance.
The food in the restaurant's were not at all good and as for the buffet the food had a lot to be desired.
The Butchers cut restaurant was great but you had to pay to go there so we did twice just so that we had something decent to eat.
Disembarkation was a joke talk about cattle market.
It is the first time we had gone on MSC, we have cruised 16 times with other companies but fancied a change, and it will be the last, all they wanted was your money after that they washed their hands with you to the point that we booked and paid for an excursion with them and they had us sign a disclaimer if anything happened whilst we were on it, never ever had that before.

Pros:
MSC customer services. Very helpful pre-cruise service. Wonderful people
On board staff, particularly the waiting staff
Cons:
The transatlantic cruise itinery was changed last minute and then changed again once we were on board, including the number of ports was reduced considerably. It would have been impossible to cancel the cruise as flights and accommodation were already booked.
Embarkation/ disembarkation was chaotic.
